Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years related experience or HS Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum state age requirements
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance as required by law
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining established distribution
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinating pricing, displays, and POS materials
• Maintain QC and product date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree + 1-3 yrs exp

HS Diploma + 4-5+ yrs exp
