Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Sales Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of key customers. This role blends account management, customer service, and business development.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate needs across Materials, Production, Quality, and other departments, and identify opportunities for profitable growth. Approximately 25% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer relations and/or sales required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive, industrial, or marine markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer relationships across accounts.
• Coordinate customer needs with internal departments (Materials, Production, Quality, etc.).
• Manage orders and track account activity in CRM.
• Resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Forecast product volume with customers and document activity.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand SRC solutions.
• Support pricing and sales strategy with quotes and program details.
• Represent SRC at visits, trade shows, and industry events (approx. 25% travel).
