SRC Technologies Group, a subsidiary of SRC Holdings Corporation, seeks a New Business Manager in Springfield, MO. You’ll identify new opportunities, open doors with prospects, and build lasting customer relationships to drive growth.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Strategy to deliver solutions. Ideal candidates have a track record in business development and technical/industrial sales, with strong prospecting and CRM skills.

• Experience driving new business growth across targeted industries.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities and move deals forward.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in complex sales.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted industries.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and challenges.
• Qualify sales opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
• Help ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience after the sale.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Strategy to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
