Job summary

AMZ Advisers in Chicago is seeking a motivated candidate to start in sales support and grow into owning the entire sales process. You will learn who we sell to, what makes a great client, and, with time, you’ll handle the close. No prior sales experience required; drive and commitment to learning are essential.

During the first 90 days you’ll manage CRM, shadow the founder, and help improve outreach. By six months you’ll run discovery calls and own top-of-funnel activity, with independence

Qualifications

Responsibilities

If you're motivated, coachable, and want to eventually be the person closing deals, this is your path. No prior sales experience required. Drive and commitment to learning are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• First 90 Days
  • Own sales admin: CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow-up sequences, scheduling calls
  • Shadow the founder on every sales call — learn the pitch, handle objections, understand the close
  • Help improve our outreach and lead generation process
• By Month 6
  • Run discovery calls independently with founder coaching
  • Own the top of the funnel end-to-end
  • Begin moving prospects through the pipeline without hand‑holding
• By Month 12
  • Close deals independently
  • Own the sales pipeline with minimal founder involvement
  • Help build out the sales playbook for future hires

• Pipeline is organized and nothing falls through the cracks
• Discovery calls run smoothly and independently by month 6
• Deals are closed independently by month 12
• Sales playbook is built out and ready for future hires
• You're a trusted partner to the founder in growing Reach's client base
