Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to cultivate lasting customer relationships, grow existing business, and drive success across assigned accounts.

You will retain and expand within current customers, upsell products, and leverage relationships to drive new opportunities, using Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity."

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven selling skills for growing accounts or acquiring new business.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Results-focused with the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Retain & grow existing business by rebooking, upselling, updating product knowledge and serving as the primary contact for accounts.
• Gain new business by building relationships and delivering sales presentations that close deals.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and schedule/reporting.

Retain & Grow Existing Business

• Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and calls
• Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account
• Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts

Gain New Business

• Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationships
• Generates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales
• Utilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting

The SkillsYou’llBring

• 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training
• Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/oracquiringnew business, with the ability toidentifyunique customer needs
• Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system
