Lifetouch is seeking a Photo Supervisor in Manasquan, New Jersey. This role involves managing a team of photographers, ensuring effective execution of Picture Day operations, and overseeing equipment inventory. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of photography experience, strong leadership skills, and be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.

We also reach our customers through additional product lines including portrait studios, yearbooks, sports, events, and churches.
The Photo Supervisor plays an important role in managing and leading a team of Photographers to ensure efficient and successful Picture Day operation and execution. This role includes staff readiness activities such as recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing performance to drive picture quality and productivity to meet or exceed business goals.
Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00/Hour
This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled.
