Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

AG Jeans is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our New York Showroom. The compensation will include a sales commission structure in addition to the annual salary.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Midwest specialty store territory for both men’s and women’s collections
• Establish and build strong relationships with wholesale accounts
• Work strategically to achieve and to exceed monthly/annual sales goals
• Plan and execute road trips to existing and new accounts each season to maximize sales goals
• Responsible for prospecting new accounts where there is potential for growth
• Communicate regularly with accounts to identify reorders, replenishment, and swaps to drive in-season business
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments regarding market needs and our product performance
• Participate in and travel to trade shows
• Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the denim market
• Support operations, logistics and production internally to maintain efficient deliveries and customer service

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with premium denim or contemporary brands
• Possess strong relationships with specialty accounts
• Proactive problem solver and creative thinker
• Possess high level of analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout the US, and must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while on the road
• Positive attitude, demonstrates initiative, team-player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and NuOrder
