Job description

The Villani Group is a boutique media agency servicing luxury brands in major cities across the country. Specializing in luxury residential and commercial real estate, we deliver innovative media solutions across all platforms to help our clients reach a global affluent audience.

We are looking for a n Account Executive to join our small but fast-paced team. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of media planning and buying, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with a boutique, industry-leading agency specializing in luxury media. You will have exposure to the full media process—from research and strategy to execution and performance analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent client support and attend regular meetings, contribute ideas and insights
• Liase directly with clients’ marketing, PR, creative and web development teams
• Maintain day-to-day media relationships and stay up-to-date on product offerings
• Craft compelling presentations and screenshot decks
• Research media opportunities, negotiate rates, and build media plans
• Review and present reports on digital ad campaigns and website traffic using Google Analytics (GA4)
• Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with publishers to optimize results
• Identify and propose solutions to improve communication and streamline processes

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree and a passion for media, advertising, and analytics
• Experience with GA4 and a solid understanding of digital ad specs and technical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset—always looking for ways to improve efficiency and performance
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude that thrives in a remote work environment
• Bonus points for: familiarity with Airtable, NY-based publications, and a passion for real estate
