Best Homes Title Agency, LLC seeks a Sales Account Executive to develop new client relationships within the title insurance industry while maintaining existing clientele and supporting growth in Michigan and the Midwest. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ideal candidates have existing connections with real estate professionals or lenders and are comfortable expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 1-3 years of prior experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative for a title company or similar real-estate entity required; 4+ years preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence others with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting deadlines.

Sales Account Executive Position Summary:

Sales Account Executives are responsible for developing new business relationships within the Title Insurance Industry, while maintaining existing clientele. They positively represent the Company's mission and service-driven approach in all cold-calling and in-person networking attempts. The ideal candidate already has existing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Builders, or Attorneys. They are also comfortable tapping into new markets. This position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and technical sales skills.
