Job summary

Apitap, The All-In-One Digital Marketing Solution is hiring a Sales Account Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles to help identify sales opportunities with local businesses. You will present our digital marketing software and provide client support, while using our CRM to document activities.

The part-time role (4 hours a day, Mondays and Fridays) requires strong communication, willingness to travel to meet prospects, and comfort with WordPress and social media tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel to locate businesses to present our product/software.
• Driven for success.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Competency in WordPress and social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Calling local business to sell our digital marketing software and marketplace.
• Using our CRM to document all actions during sales calls.
• Providing online and or in person presentations to business owners.
• Maintaining call lists.
• Providing customer support for their deals.
• Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents (Sales Documents).
• Understanding company product and brand.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and follow up calls.
• Making between 50-100 calls per day.
