Purdy Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at our Bryan/College Station Volkswagen and Mazda dealership. You will greet customers, engage with inventory, and provide outstanding service while continually learning dealership processes and product details.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, promoting promotions, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor. A high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred, with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.

• Prior experience with CRM systems and retail/sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

## DescriptionServing as the public face of the dealership, our Sales Consultants are responsible for creating an enjoyable car-buying experience for our customers. Our Bryan College Station Volkswagen and Mazda Sales Consultants are given the tools necessary to deliver the best customer service - training, technology, and support. As a Sales Consultant, you will be continuously trained on company products, services, and policies across multiple platforms.
