Job summary

Suburban Ford of Romeo is part of Lithia Motors, Inc and seeks an Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through vehicle purchases and deliver an exceptional buying experience. The position is onsite and reports to the General Sales Manager and Variable Manager.

You will present vehicle attributes, financing options, and store policies, follow up with customers, and stay current on product training. Lithia offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales.
• Strong time management and computer skills.
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

The Sales Representative will be onsite and will report to the General Sales Manager and Variable Manager.

Responsibilities:

As an Auto Sales Representative you will work and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in automotive sales.
• organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
