Job summary

AppsFlyer’s Finance Team is seeking a Salary Controller to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a 700+ employee global workforce, with a focus on Israeli payroll today and growth into global payroll over time.

You will drive automation and AI-driven improvements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and reporting, while collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners across multiple offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a large-scale global company.
• Proven end-to-end payroll expertise including calculations, benefits, deductions and reporting.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for 700+ employees as part of the Payroll team.
• Maintain and validate payroll master data across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage complex payroll cases (terminations, relocations, special benefits, corrections, retro payments, leaves).
• Lead month-end/quarter-end payroll close, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and GL reporting support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors on compliance and process improvements.
• Support audits and ensure documentation, controls, and payroll reports are audit-ready.
