Agincare Group is seeking a Home Carer in Weymouth to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, meals, shopping and companionship. No prior care experience is required, and the role offers funded training, a company pension, and on‑demand pay.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car, plus a minimum remaining right to work in the UK. The position provides guaranteed hours and mileage reimbursement, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily routines including household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation and making hot drinks.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You’ll bring:
