Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Cheriton care home in Dorchester to lead the care team and ensure high-quality, compassionate support for residents. This role emphasizes safe daily living, relationship-building with families, and collaboration with healthcare professionals in a busy residential setting.

You will supervise staff, oversee medication administration, and help create a welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 42 hours per week (day shifts).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.

• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
