Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our team in a front-of-house role focused on guest interactions and preparing orders. You will support environmental initiatives and follow food safety standards while maintaining a fast-paced service line.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly guest service and assist with front-of-house tasks.
• Read and follow order tickets and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving area.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately
• Assists with digital orders as needed
• Tops salads and wraps
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed
• Practices FIFO (First in First out)
• Cleans the line
• Completes assigned tasks
• Works as Name Taker if needed
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad's environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
