Job summary

Just Salad is hiring Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Toppers will focus on guest interactions, prepare orders, and support environmental initiatives aligned with our mission for health and sustainability.

Responsibilities include topping salads, handling orders, and maintaining food safety standards while contributing to a positive customer experience. Flexible schedules and daily pay options are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Reads, writes and marks a Just Salad order ticket clearly.
• Reads, comprehends and follows Just Salad menu and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line.
• Completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, restocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad's environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
