Job summary

Trolley House Refreshments, the Convenience Services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, seeks a morning-oriented kitchen prep associate in Richmond area to support early shifts. You will prepare ingredients, assemble items for retail sale, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food prep, can lift up to 50 pounds, and bring a neat appearance. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of kitchen language.
1-2 Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice.
Neat and professional appearance.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
Available to work early mornings Sunday- Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM & Thursday 5:00AM-1:00PM
