Job summary

Trolley House Refreshments is the Convenience Services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, Inc., serving offices, hotels, and public venues in the Richmond area. This role is a full-time kitchen prep position with early morning shifts Sunday to Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

You will prep, assemble, package, and maintain product quality while following food safety standards. We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Morning person who starts before sunrise.
• 1–2 years of food prep experience preferred.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Punctuality – arrive early and ready to work.
• Willing to acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.
• Enjoy hands-on work and taking pride in tasks.
• Courteous and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing and mixing.
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts for retail sale.
• Organize packaged food items and stage for drivers to pick up.
• Clean and set up kitchen equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Label and date food products and follow all food safety rules.
• Cover, label, and date all food products and maintain proper storage.

• Available to work early mornings Sunday- Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM & Thursday 5:00AM-1:00PM

What you bring to the table

• Basic knowledge of kitchen language
• 1-2 Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
• Neat and professional appearance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Conversational Spanish a plus
