Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated candidates to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh salads, wraps and other from-scratch items. Positions are part-time to full-time, with opportunities across shifts in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lead and take direction from a supervisor.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.
• Team-oriented attitude required for a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and other from-scratch menu items.
• Ensure quality finished products for guests.
• Adhere to recipes and Food Manual Guidelines.
• Produce items accurately per order modifications.
• Stock prep tables and coolers.
• Follow plating, boxing and garnishing guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Multi-task and work safely and efficiently.
• Assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation procedures and restaurant protocols.
• Safely handle and store sanitation products.
