Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team as a Utility Worker at our Findlay, OH location. You will support kitchen operations by assisting with setup, food preparation, cooking support, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and cook food to order per specifications.
• Wash, rinse, dry, stack and put away dishes.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain prep space.
• Operate, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Store and handle food properly; manage cleaning chemicals safely.
• Assist with grill line: sauté, broil, bake per instructions.
