Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Ohio is seeking motivated and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for grill line setup, food preparation, cooking to order, and maintaining sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Experience in restaurant kitchen operations.
• Grill cook experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures
