Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is hiring Kitchen Team Members to support food preparation, cooking to order, and sanitation in a fast-paced environment. You will follow standard recipes, assist with setup and teardown, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Prior kitchen exposure is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead and take direction from supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Cook Food to Order per the specification.
• Follow Standard Recipes.
• Setup and Teardown of Food Preparation Workspace.
• Operate, Clean, Sanitize and Maintain Kitchen Equipment.
• Properly Store and Handle Food.
• Follow Food Service Safety & Sanitation Protocols across the Kitchen.
