Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated candidates to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh salads, wraps and other from-scratch items. Positions are part-time to full-time, with opportunities across shifts in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lead and take direction from a supervisor.

Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh salads, wraps, and other made-from-scratch menu items in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing customized salads and other made-from-scratch menu items


• Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests


• Adhering to recipes and Food Manual Guidelines


• Accurately producing finished items based on order modifications


• Stocking food preparation table and coolers


• Following proper plating/boxing and garnishing guidelines for each unique cold menu item


• Using proper portioning utensils and following recipe guidelines


• Working cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management


• Maintaining an overall clean environment


• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently


• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen on an as-needed basis


• Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols


• Safe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals
