Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake made-from-scratch pizzas.
• Ensure only quality finished products are served.
• Load and unload pizzas into and from the oven.
• Follow cutting, boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each pizza.
• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipes.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle and store sanitation and cleaning chemicals safely.
