A well-known steakhouse in Idaho Falls is seeking a Salad Cook to prepare dishes with established standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Ideal candidates will communicate effectively with team members and ensure the salad station is well-stocked. Experience is valued, but training will be provided for motivated individuals. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

A Salad Cook will:

• Prepares or directs preparation of salads served using established production procedures and systems.
• Ensure that the salad station is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift.
• Occasionally assist with the preparation and plating of desserts as needed.
• Follows proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.
• Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards.
• Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
• Keeps work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.
