Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Promptly review the shift work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
