Fogo de Chão in New York is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support daily kitchen operations. You will prepare and present salad bar items, assist with inventory, and help ensure quality and freshness across all dishes.

This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, ability to work weekends and holidays, and a proactive approach to cleanliness and shift duties. Company offers benefits for full-time team members starting after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
