Job summary

Fogo de Chão in San Francisco is seeking a part-time Market Table Attendant/Kitchen Prep to support our salad bar, side dishes, and dessert presentation. You will ensure inventory quality and assist in stock control while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Fast-paced kitchen environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts per recipe.
• Keeps inventory and freshness standards, monitors storage area.
• Assists with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties as required.
