Fogo de Chão in California is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. You will assist with salad bar preparation, presentation of items, and supporting kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.

Requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a fast pace. Weekend and holiday availability is required; competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce including storage area management.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
