Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. This role supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes and desserts while maintaining quick service and high quality.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and work weekends or holidays. Full-time team members receive health, life and disability coverage, with additional voluntary benefits and paid accommodations.

Qualifications

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
