Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts following recipes.
• Maintains high quality of inventory and fresh produce; manages storage areas.
• Tracks expiration dates and assists with inventory control.
• Keeps kitchen equipment and areas clean and organized.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties as required.
