Job summary

MSRcosmos Group seeks a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience to support onboarding and integration of applications. • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in onboarding or integration.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple onboarding activities and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for onboarding into SailPoint ISC.
• Document requirements related to identity data, accounts, entitlements, access, roles, provisioning.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with teams.
• Maintain onboarding plans, status trackers, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress reports.
• Prepare requirements documentation and other project-related deliverables.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases for onboarding/integration.
• Document test results and track defects, coordinating resolution.
• Support application owners and stakeholders during testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Manage multiple onboarding activities and follow-ups with clear communication.
