Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing workflows with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and Active Directory/Entra ID.

Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead to drive SailPoint Identity Security Cloud enhancements, RBAC implementation, access certification campaigns, NERM workflows, and application onboarding for key systems including Salesforce, KnowBe4, and additional Entra ID tenants.

Responsibilities

• Configure SailPoint ISC certification campaigns and RBAC birthright access roles
• Build and test initial certification campaigns with the client team
• Update and optimize NERM workflows for pre-hire and non-employee use cases
• Develop and modify data transforms, rules, and workflows in SailPoint ISC
• Configure ServiceNow Service Catalog integration with SailPoint ISC for access requests
• Onboard applications: Salesforce, KnowBe4, Emtrain, and additional Entra ID tenants
• Leverage role insights and role discovery to expand automated access provisioning
• Provide root cause analysis on reported issues and general "phone a friend" support
• Produce user guides for SailPoint ISC admins and managers.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SailPoint ISC experience with SailPoint Engineer certification
• Minimum 1 year of SailPoint NERM implementation experience
• Experience developing workflows with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and Active Directory / Entra ID
• Minimum 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes
• At least 3 of those years must be in a lead capacity
• Bachelor's degree in IT‑related or Engineering field (additional experience may substitute year‑for‑year)
