Technical Business Analyst – SailPoint ISC

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with recent hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support the onboarding and integration of applications into SailPoint ISC.

The ideal candidate should understand the technical concepts and terminology involved in application onboarding, identity governance, account and entitlement management, provisioning, and access controls. This role will work closely with application owners, technical teams, security stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, track onboarding activities, document requirements, and support testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with application owners, technical teams, security stakeholders, and other project participants.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC.
• Document requirements related to identity data, accounts, entitlements, access, roles, and provisioning.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with application teams to resolve outstanding questions, dependencies, and blockers.
• Maintain onboarding plans, status trackers, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress reports.
• Prepare requirements documentation and other project-related deliverables.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases for application onboarding and integration activities.
• Document test results, identify and track defects, and coordinate with technical teams and application owners for resolution.
• Support application owners and stakeholders throughout testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Manage multiple application onboarding activities and follow-ups simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), specifically application onboarding or integration activities.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint ISC concepts including:
• Identity Profiles
• Sources
• Accounts
• Entitlements
• Access Profiles
• Roles
• Aggregation
• Access Certifications
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for application integrations.
• Experience creating test scenarios, executing test cases, documenting defects, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple application onboarding activities, dependencies, and follow-ups simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should be comfortable working between business stakeholders, application owners, security teams, and technical teams, with the ability to translate technical SailPoint requirements into clear documentation and actionable project tasks.

Immediate availability and recent SailPoint ISC experience are strongly preferred.
