Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, deploy, and support SailPoint IAM across DoD and federal environments. The role focuses on automating the identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), RBAC/ABAC, and STIG/NIST alignment within hybrid and cloud contexts.

You will collaborate with security architects, admins, and application owners to ensure compliance, reliability, and scalable identity operations.

Qualifications

• Six years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with hands-on SailPoint engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed in the qualifications.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE or higher DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II compliant certifications.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IIQ or Identity Security Cloud platforms.
• Develop custom workflows, rules, forms, policies, and Beanshell/Java scripts.
• Integrate enterprise apps, directories, and cloud services using REST APIs and SCIM connectors.
• Build automated provisioning and de-provisioning for Joiner/Mover/Leaver events across hybrid infra.
• Configure access certification campaigns, entitlement catalogs, and SoD enforcement.
• Support RBAC/ABAC models to minimize over-privileged access across environments.
• Perform health checks, tuning, patching, upgrades, and DB maintenance in SailPoint contexts.
• Ensure alignment with DoD/Federal standards (STIG, NIST 800-53) and ATO readiness.
• Serve as senior escalation point for provisioning errors, sync issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with security architects, admins, and application owners to enable compliant operations.
