Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration Engineer to design, deploy, and support SailPoint IAM across DoD/ICAM environments, aligning with NIST SP 800-53 and STIGs. The role emphasizes Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows, RBAC/ABAC, and secure integration with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in IAM, with 4+ years hands-on SailPoint engineering.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platforms.
• Integrate applications and directories (AD, Entra ID, LDAP) and cloud services with SailPoint.
• Implement automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows across hybrid environments.
• Configure access certification campaigns and SoD enforcement policies.
• Support RBAC and ABAC models to minimize over-privileged access.
• Perform health checks, patches, upgrades, and database maintenance.
