Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC seeks an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud. This role strengthens cybersecurity posture by automating the identity lifecycle, enforcing RBAC/ABAC, and aligning with federal standards and Zero Trust architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
Six (6) years of IAM experience with at least four (4) years hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
Active security clearance (Secret or higher) and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Integrate applications, directories (AD/Entra ID/LDAP), and cloud services with SailPoint via REST/SCIM connectors.
Build automated provisioning/de-provisioning for Joiner/Mover/Leaver events across hybrid environments.
Manage access certification campaigns, SoD policies, and RBAC/ABAC models.
