Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer based in Tampa, Florida. This role involves deploying and administering SailPoint identity governance platforms, focusing on identity lifecycle automation and access governance aligned with Zero Trust principles.

The ideal candidate will need an active DoD Top Secret clearance and a relevant degree, along with hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions and knowledge of security protocols.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience for Journeyman or 10+ years for Senior.
• Experience integrating identity systems using REST, SCIM, or SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and administer SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ across enterprise environments.
• Design and automate identity lifecycle processes including JML workflows.
• Implement access certification campaigns and governance processes.

Skills

Hands-on experience with SailPoint

Knowledge of Active Directory

Experience with RBAC and SoD

Understanding of ABAC

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field
