Job summary

ATALNT is seeking an experienced IGA Platform, Workflow & Configuration Engineer to support identity governance solutions within a federal environment. The role focuses on configuring and administering SailPoint IGA capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, approvals, certifications, roles, entitlements, reporting, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ICAM/IAM/IGA experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience configuring or administering identity governance, IAM, workflow, or access management platforms
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, workflows, roles, or entitlements
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility
• Ability to support core business hours and occasional after-hours/on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer SailPoint IGA platform capabilities
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle workflows
• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, roles, and entitlements
• Support RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, SOD, service accounts, and non-person entities
• Configure dashboards, reports, audit evidence, and operational monitoring
• Support workflow automation and approved scripting activities
• Troubleshoot provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, and administrative issues
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
• Support testing, cutover, hypercare, and ongoing operations
