Job summary

Strong supervision and client-relations skills are essential. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, plus 4 years in software solutions and 3 years in leadership or PM roles;

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required.
• 3 years of supervision or project management experience.
• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent combination of education and training.
• PMI, Agile or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thinker for the business software team and coordinate solutions for clients.
• Oversee development and implementation of business software solutions.
• Monitor project progress and delegate tasks based on strengths.
• Develop relationships to promote services and generate referrals.
