Job summary

Net at Work in the United States is seeking a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join our team. You will work directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, including complex or escalated cases requiring strong functional knowledge of Sage Intacct and ERP integrations.

This role involves collaborating with consultants, customer support, and sales to deliver projects, maintain relationships, and ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of client requests.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain SLA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Triage support requests in the appropriate Request tracking systems.
• Provide functional application support for Sage Intacct and integration/ISV products with clients.
• Own support requests through closure, including complex or escalated cases.
• Document support ticket categorizations, steps to reproduce, root cause, and resolutions.
• Review client contracts as they relate to SLA requirements.
• Follow processes and identify recurring issues, informing leadership for improvements.
• Contribute to knowledgebase content and client-focused product training.
• Support teammates with guidance and knowledge transfer on processes and resolution.
• Build relationships with customers to maximize product use and value.
