Job summary

Qualifications

The Sage Intacct Implementation Support role will be instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation process of Sage Intacct solutions. This position ensures the successful deployment of core financial modules, provides end‑user training, and strengthens our Sage Intacct practice.

• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
• Consistently and accurately track daily timesheets in the project management tool.
• Provide assistance to the Ongoing Support team.

Minimum Requirements

• Must obtain the Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification within 1‑3 months of hire.
