Qualifications

• Must obtain the Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification within 1‑3 months of hire.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc).
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

• Provide comprehensive end-user training on Sage Intacct functionalities.
• Offer support through the lifecycle of the implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to introduce opening balances.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Track daily timesheets in the project management tool.
• Provide assistance to the Ongoing Support team.
