Job summary

HealthQuest Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, GL reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on Sage Intacct experience, with leadership skills to mentor staff.

You will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with policies, strengthen internal controls, and improve accounting processes to support financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience including reporting, data import, dashboards, and optimization.
• Experience overseeing A/P, A/R, GL reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Ability to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage internal controls.
• Support tax filings and estimates with accountant input.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
