Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a Medicare Advantage health plan.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, including GL management and reporting.
• Knowledge of statutory accounting requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Accounting Department and staff.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely reports.
• Oversee internal controls over cash receipts and disbursements.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure completion of regulatory reports (DMHC, CMS).
