Job summary

Capax RM is seeking an experienced Sage 300 CRE Consultant on a remote, contract basis to lead client implementations and post go-live support. You will work directly with clients to tailor Sage 300 CRE to construction and real estate workflows.

This role focuses on guiding projects from kickoff to long-term stability, troubleshooting issues, delivering training, and maintaining clear documentation while collaborating with an internal project team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage 300 CRE.
• Strong construction/real estate accounting knowledge with Sage 300 CRE.
• Experience providing post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Excellent client communication for functional and technical discussions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based engagement.
• Experience in Sage Partner or ERP consultancy advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Sage 300 CRE for new and existing clients.
• Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
• Configure and customize Sage 300 CRE to align with client business processes and requirements.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide training, and guide best practices.
• Collaborate with internal project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues as they arise post-implementation.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customizations, and support activities.
