Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience applying ISD models to develop, implement, and modify training materials for instructor-led, online, or blended formats.
• Experience advising internal/external stakeholders on training initiatives and collaborating across organizations to resolve curriculum issues.

Responsibilities

• Design educational products covering topics like management systems, SMS implementation, safety data reporting.
• Lead educational improvement initiatives using modern learning design and evaluation methods.
• Assess and revise FTA safety training courses to align with program rules and promote continual improvement.
• Create training materials and curricula for instructor-led, online, and blended learning (ISD).
• Consult with other FTA offices and industry SMEs to identify gaps in safety training needs.
