• Design educational products covering ISD-based topics and safety-related training.
• Lead educational improvement initiatives using modern teaching, learning, and evaluation methods.
• Assess and revise safety training courses and catalogs for alignment with program rules.
• Design, develop and implement instructor-led, online and blended learning materials.
