Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Region Trainer to drive safety excellence across multiple sites. You will deliver CMV driver training, OSHA/DOT compliance sessions, and safety talks, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.

The role involves developing training programs, maintaining documentation, and coaching employees in real-world scenarios while partnering with operations leaders across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of safety-records in a related environment.
• Experience conducting instructor-led or practical safety training.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety orientation and CMV driver training.
• Deliver OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA compliance training.
• Develop and manage HE and Certified PIT training programs with SME partners.
• Maintain training documentation and certifications for audits.
• Conduct field observations and ride-alongs to coach safe work habits.
• Identify training needs and develop targeted safety programs.
